Refunds are available for eligible products within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Products must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items:

Services provided, such as installation or consultation fees.
Restocking Fee:
restocking/cancel fee will be applied to all eligible returns. If the product is a special order the product will be non-returnable!
The restocking fee is imposed to cover the costs associated with processing and inspecting returned items.
Refund Process:

Include the RA number on the outside of the return package.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Private Utility lines

The homeowner will be responsible for having all private utility lines marked. If the line is hit during installation the homeowner will be responsible for all repair cost to fix the line. Outdoor installations will not be held responsible for any damages while digging this includes private power lines, water lines, septic systems, leach beds, Draining systems, sprinkler lines and etc. Outdoor Installations will call 811 Ohio utility protection services to have the following lines marked throughout the property electric, gas, water, sewage, and telephone cable lines.

If an Ohio utility is hit, and outdoor installations is billed for any damages the homeowner will be responsible for the cost of the repairs and will be sent over an additional bill to cover the cost of
